Turret-Type Super Multitasking Machine ”SC-100”
Nakamura-Tome unveils new compact Single-Spindle models with a 6-inch chuck. The maximum machining diameter is φ200 mm, and the maximum machining length is 400 mm.
The milling function and the Y-axis were standardized to produce high value added components. NC tailstock and NC sub-spindles are also available.
The setup is easy to operate on the Nakamura-Tome’s proprietary inter face, NT-Nurse.
Hybrid Multi-Tasking Machine”INTEGREX i-200S AG”
This machine is for the integration of the gear processing function and the gear measurement function with the multitasking machine “INTEGREX i – 200 S”.
Three types of gear machining can be done with one unit: skiving process, hobing process and milling process. The machine realizes high precision machining, shortens lead time and reduces initial cost.
The machining and metrology paths can be easily generated with interactive programming functions mounted on the Mazak’s proprietary Numerical Control system “Mazatrol SmoothX”.
