This is a large 5-axis machining center equipped with a high-speed, high-performance spindle “speedMASTER”. The table size is 4400×2700 mm, and the maximum loading weight of the table is 10,000 kg, which corresponds to a large workpiece. The maximum spindle rotation speed is 15,000 rpm, and it has high cutting ability.
The footprint was reduced compared with gantry type machine the table travelling type gantry machine. Since the table does not move, it is possible to flexibly cope with the machining of the heavy work and the biased load work.

This double column 5-face machining center achieves high speed and high accuracy machining of a press die mold for automobiles. The feedrate of the cutting is improved and the machining time of the press die mold is greatly shortened.
With OKUMA’s original NC-control technique “Hyper-Surface” (option), it can be processed with higher surface quality, and greatly reduces polishing process.
Laser units can also be mounted so that heat treatment and additive manufacturing can be integrated into one unit.

This machine is a versatile micro-fine machine that can be used from heavy cutting to mirror finishing with this single machine. Rough processing, medium finish processing, and finish processing are completed. The axis travel is 650×550×300 mm (X×Y×Z) for a wide range of machining.
It’s a new mother machine that expands the processing area and application of high precision processing.

This machine is a vertical machining center that realizes 5 axis machining of large and precise molds such as LED headlamps for automobiles.  A linear motor drive with a command of 0.01 micrometer and a spindle equipped with a high accuracy and high speed air bearing with 60,000 rpm were adopted.  High accuracy and high quality processing are realized.  This time, the cover and large screen operation panel were newly adopted, and the operability and functionality were greatly enhanced.

The rotary table RT20 made of YASDA was mounted, and 5 axis was realized.
The travel of each axes is 600/500/280 mm (X×Y×Z), which can correspond to a wide range. The maximum loading capacity was 35 kg, which corresponded to the enlargement of micro-fine machining workpieces. The maximum spindle speed is 40,000 rpm. Heavy cutting performance was also improved. The spindle was equipped with dual contact type HSK-E40 for spindles.
