The GW series features a clamp mechanism that allows for secure fixation with a simple structure. Mitsubishi Materials also launched tool blocks and coolant hoses along with internally lubricated plate bites that can lubricate rake and flank surfaces.
The internal oil-filled plate cutting tool can effectively cool the cutting edge and improve the wear resistance. It also adopts a chip breaker system with high chip handling capability.
