On December 8, 2017, the Chubu Parts Processing Institute (CPI) held a seminar on human resource recruitment and subsidies at the Hekikai Shinkin Bank Misono branch in Nagoya.
CPI is actively promoting the use of administrative supports, such as human resources and subsidies, that small and medium-sized companies are hard to undertake by themselves. More than 50 people, mostly members, attended in the seminar.
The consultant company F&M discussed the subsidies that can be used by small and medium-sized companies, and G-net, which is engaged in the internship support business, talked about preparation for hiring new graduations. The Chubu Bureau of Economy also explained the use of overseas human resources and subsidy policies.
An automotive parts manufacturer from Kariya city, Aichi, who participated in the event for the first time, said, “I can understand the situation where small and medium-sized companies are not able to gather stories about recruitment opportunities, this time I participated in order to have connections with various companies. But it was worth it. “
