Launched a new service for tool holders: The users can borrow at flat fee

NGK SPARK PLUG invited sales agents and announced a new service “SUISUI SWISS” for tool holders for small automatic lathes on October 23, 2019 in Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture.

SUISUI SWISS is a service that allows users to borrow whatever they need when they need it from a maximum of 1000 kind of holders by paying flat fee. The users can save up to 65% with this service compared when purchasing new products each time machining is required. The users can improve productivity and reduce inventory by using the suitable holder.

In order to use the service, the users only need to register a membership for free and select three different plans and courses. NGK SPARK PLUG started accepting membership registrations on October 23, 2019 and started the service on December 1, 2019.

Masakazu Ota, Corporate Officer of Cutting Tools Busines said ” our first task is whether SUISUI SWISS can be accepted by customers because SUISUI SWISS is a completely new service. It is necessary to work from the customer’s point of view not making products from the manufacturer’s perspective”.
