Murata Manufacturing completed the new factory for sensor in Finland

Murata Manufacturing a announced on January 29, 2020 that its affiliated corpotaion for manufacturing in Finland, Murata Electronics Oy, has completed a new plant. The investment amount is 5 billion yen for building. The new factory has five floors above ground and has a total floor area of 16,000 square meters. The new plant will manufacture sensors for vehicles and sensors for detecting the inclination of heavy equipment. The company will build a system that can respond to increasing medium- to long-term demand for sensors.
