Murata Machinery acquires AGVE

Murata Machinery acquired all shares of Swedish AGV manufacturer AGVE on February 28, 2018, making AGVE a wholly owned subsidiary. The amount of acquisition amount was not disclosed.
Murata Machinery will adopt AGVE technologies to reinforce its AGV business and meet growing global demand. The two companies will also strengthen their after-sales by mutually complementing each other’s strong sales markets. AGVE sells AGVs in 20 countries, mainly in Europe and the United States.
