Toyota Motor unveiled the new sport utility vehicle (SUV) ” Yaris Cross ” on April 23, 2020. The “Yaris Cross” was developed with the aim of being an urban compact SUV while inheriting the brand image of the popular compact car “Yaris”. The “Yaris Cross” was scheduled to be unveil at Geneva Motor Show in March, but it was cancelled due to the spread of the COVID-19. “Yaris Cross” will be launched in Japan in Autumn of 2020 and in Europe in the mid- 2021. It will be manufactured at Toyota Motor East Japan and Toyota Motor Manufacturing France.
