Okamoto Machine Tool Works, a grinding machine builder, has released the CNC precision bed surface grinding machine “UDG-NCLi series”. The machine uses a linear motor drive system and variable static pressure slide to achieve high-precision positioning and high-speed feed. The machine is equipped with a newly developed static pressure grinding spindle and swivel grinding spindle on a cross rail, and enables machining of machine tools large beds in one cycle. The main targets are machine tools and large LCD panels.
