DMG MORI strengthens digital services for customers

On April 16, 2021, DMG MORI, a leading machine tool builder, added a new function “service request” to the membership portal site “my DMG MORI”.

Until now, DMG MORI users had to call to request repairs of machine tools. However, my DMG MORI members will be able to make inquiries about machine tool malfunction diagnosis and order maintenance parts through the portal site. Members can attach digital data such as images, videos, and machining programs when making inquiries to DMG MORI. Therefore, members can request DMG MORI not only to request repair of machine tools but also to consult on machining programs through the service.
