Star Micronics to build new building for swiss subsidiary

Star Micronics, a builder of automatic lathes will build a new building for its Swiss sales subsidiary in Zurich. The total cost of the project is approximately 1.2 billion yen, and the building area is 1,500 square meters. The building is scheduled to be completed in May 2024.

Star Micronics will expand the showroom in the new building to increase the number of machines installed and strengthen before-and-after services. The company will also hold open houses in the future to strengthen its sales activities. There is a space to hold study sessions for sales agents in the new building.

The company aims to further expand its share in the European market by proposing processing technologies and applications.
