Matsuura Machinery has launched the new 5-axis multitasking machining center (MC) “MX-520T PC7.”
The model features the newly developed “PC7 Tower Pallet System,” which enhances production efficiency and supports factory automation. Compared with the conventional “PC4 Floor Pallet System,” the PC7 increases the number of pallets by three, while maintaining the same maximum workpiece size and installation footprint.
The machine is also equipped with a “chip disposal system,” which automatically discharges chips and coolant from inside the pallet system to the machine itself. In addition, a wide-opening “maintenance door” provides improved accessibility to the machining area.
