Urano Constructs a New Plant for Aircraft Parts

Urano, which processing aircraft parts began construction of a new factory in Isesaki City, Gunma Prefecture.
The amount of investment is about 3.3 billion yen only for land and buildings. The total floor area is 11,000 m2.
The company aims to further expand its mainstay aircraft parts manufacturing business. Some of the functions are transferred from the headquarters factory to the new factory. In addition to aircraft parts, the company also manufactures components related to semiconductor manufacturing equipment, for which demand is expanding.
Plants will be equipped with facilities that utilize the IoT to increase productivity.
