Sodick establishes TC in UK and further strengthens European business

Sodick announced on July 24, 2019 that the affiliated sales corporation called Sodick Europe established a new Tech Center (TC) in the UK. The total investment amount is about 1 billion yen and the TC is located on Warwick, West Midlands.

The TC was established for the education of local sales agency staff and the customers support. The meeting room is set up and is used for showroom and seminars. Sodick will showcase electrical discharge machine, machining center, and a metal 3D printer in the showroom, making it possible to do test machining. The TC has an adjoining warehouse which accommodate consumable goods and spare parts to provide quick after-sales service.
