Sodick, a builder of Electric machine tool announced that it would establish a R&D building at technical and training center of its head office. Sodick will also establish new distribution center in Kaga plant. The investment amount is not disclosed.
The R&D building will have a total floor area of about 2000 square meters. It will be completed in May 2018. The company will consolidate its technologies in a newly established R&D building to achieve more efficient R&D and product development. The distribution center will operate in March 2018. The construction area is about 3500 square meters.
