Sanyo Chemical Industries begins full-scale production of raw materials for electrodeposition coatings for automobiles in Thailand

Sanyo Chemical Industries announced on February 18, 2020 that it has commenced commercial production of raw materials of electrodeposition coatings for automotive at Rayong Factory, the affiliated corporation in Thailand, Sanyo Kasei (Thailand).

Demand for the product is expected to grow in ASEAN, China and India. The raw materials of electrodeposition coatings are manufactured in Japan and China, but production will be transferred from the Nantong plant in China to Sanyo Kasei (Thailand) to increase production capacity and make it the core manufacturing site of its global strategy.
