Union Tool announced that it would establish a local subsidiary, Union Tool Thailand, in Bangkok, Thailand on September 14th, 2017.
Capital investment amount is 110 million baht. It will be completed in January 2018. The company will determine the details of the subsidiary, such as its address and representative. Among Southeast Asian countries, Thailand has the highest demand for cutting tools. The company used to try to collect information through its representative offices.
Union Tool decided to establish a subsidiary in Thailand in order to focus on sales activities. It forecasts that demand for cutting tools continue to increase.
