JIMTOF 2020 Online will be held from November 16th to 27th

Japan Machine Tool Builders’ Association and Tokyo Big Sight announced on August 4th that it would hold “JIMTOF 2020 Online” on the website from November 16th to 27th, 2020.

JIMTOF 2020 was decided to be canceled in April this year due to the postponement of the Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games by the spread of COVID-19.

The organizers decided to implement “JIMTOF 2020 Online” in response to need from JIMTOF exhibitors who hope for revealing new products and business meeting opportunities.

Exhibitors will be able to introduce new products and new technologies through video streaming and providing documents, and approach prospective customers by acquiring the visitors’ registration data. On “JIMTOF 2020 Online”, JMTBA plans to carry out webinars and program for students.

The organizers will reveal the details of various plans gradually from August onward, and will start to accept the entry of exhibitors in early September. The visitors can browse the show for free of charge by pre-event registration which is scheduled to start in October.
