A head interchangeable end mills for die and mold processing which combine the advantages of solid tools and edge replaceable tools have been released.
A two-sided restraint system with a cemented carbide head and cemented carbide holder provides rigidity and high accuracy machining close to solid tools.
The cemented carbide head is coated with TH coating, which is excellent in heat resistance and wear resistance.
Stable cutting of even high-hardness materials is possible, and the tool is also highly economical.
