“EHHRE-TH3” has a complex radial shape, which makes it possible to reduce the chip thickness compared with the conventional shape. Even in high feed processing of high-hardness steel, the resistance can be reduced, and the processing can be performed. To achieve excellent chip discharging performance, the bottom edge is made to have a strongly twisted configuration to suppress chip biting. It exerts its power in high-efficiency processing of high hardness steel, such as cold forging die mold and small precision die mold.
