[Round shank holder for external diameter threading]
Tangaloy has added a round shank holder for machining external diameter threads for automatic board to its “TungThread series” of thread cutting tools. The new round shank holders can be equipped with “16ER inserts”, an external diameter threading tips that can process a wide range of thread types. It features Tungaloy’s original head shape that suppresses deflection and chatter during machining and stable thread machining.
