Official website of JIMTOF2022 opens

The official website of the 31st Japan International Machine Tool Fair (JIMTOF2022) was established on June 18, 2021. JIMTOF2022 will be held at Tokyo Big Sight in Koto-ku, Tokyo for 6 days from November 8th to 13th, 2022. All halls of Tokyo Big Sight will be used to exhibit. The exhibition hall area is 118,540 square meters.

JIMTOF is Japan’s largest machine tool trade fair, held in even-numbered years. JIMTOF is also one of the four popular machine tool trade fairs in the world, along with the International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS) in the United States, EMO Show held in Germany and Italy, and the China International Machine Tool Show (CIMT) in China. The JIMTOF 2020 exhibition was affected by the COVID-19 spreading and other factors, and was switched to being held online. At the 2018 exhibition held face-to-face, there were 1085 exhibitors and more than 150,000 visitors.

The organizers, Japan Machine Tool Builders’ Association and Tokyo Big Sight, are planning to announce detail information of JIMTOF2022 on their official website this coming summer.
