DKS, a major industrial drug maker, announced on September 2, 2021 that it has signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement with industrial robot manufacturer Denso Wave, and robot system integrator Kasai laboratory. The three companies will work together to realize laboratory automation (LA) that automates work processes in laboratories by utilizing robots and digital devices.
In September 2021, the three companies plan to introduce and do demonstration experiment of DENSO WAVE collaborative robot “COBOTTA” into the research division engaged in research and development of lithium-ion battery materials.
