THK, a builder of mechanical components, has developed manufacturing teaching materials together with Leave a Nest, a company, which supports for the introduction of research activities into school education.
Students will use the materials in junior high and high school classes to assemble an automatic sorting trash cans. THK will initially provide the materials to 30 schools for free as part of a trial program.
