Mitsubishi Electric revises prices of control devices and other products

Mitsubishi Electric announced that the company will revise the prices of control equipment, drive control equipment, power distribution control equipment, and industrial robots next year on February 1, 2022. The price revision rate will be a 10% increase for control equipment, up to a 20% increase for drive control equipment and power distribution control equipment, and a 15% increase for industrial robots.

Prices of key materials have been rising lately due to global demand shifts and changes in the market environment for the decarbonized society, as well as the impact of higher logistics costs. The company made efforts to reduce costs by streamlining production and other measures and to obtain raw materials, but it became difficult to maintain the current prices and decided to revise the prices.
