FANUC expands Spanish office and strengthens presence in Europe

FANUC has relocated and expanded its group company FANUC IBERIA in based near Barcelona, Spain, on February 21, 2024. The total area is 9,162 square meters, four times larger than the previous one, and the investment amount was not disclosed. FANUC Iberia covers Spain, Portugal, Morocco and Andorra for sales and service. The new office consists of a showroom, an application development area and a training area. The training area offers courses to learn how to use the company’s robots, numerical controls (CNC) and machine tools.

To strengthen its European business, FANUC has successively expanded its 10 bases in Germany, Italy and other countries over the past few years. Currently, the company is also expanding its bases in Turkey and Poland. By developing and expanding its bases throughout Europe, the company aims to create a structure that will enable it to deliver products and services more quickly to meet the demand for automation in production facilities.
