Yasda Precision Tools held the YASDA Private Show 2025 on May 13 and 14 at its headquarters and main factory in Satosho, Okayama Prefecture. It was the company’s first private show in two years.
In addition to showroom displays, the event offered guided tours of the assembly and machining plants, as well as a hand-scraping experience corner. President Takuto Yasuda commented, “We want visitors to gain a deeper understanding of our efforts by seeing the actual manufacturing site.”
As a highlight unique to the private show, Yasda displayed its largest horizontal machining center (YBM 15T) and largest vertical machining center (YBM 1218V Ver.Ⅱ) inside the assembly plant.
To showcase the company’s strength in high-precision machining, real-time demonstrations were conducted. The YBM 15T measured the Y-axis squareness relative to the table, while the YBM 1218V Ver.Ⅱ demonstrated X-axis pitch accuracy, clearly presenting the machines’ precision capabilities to visitors.
Two types of seminars were held during the show.
The first seminar introduced Yasda’s products and functions that support automation in high-precision machining.
The second featured a case study presented by Hongrita, a Chinese mold manufacturer that uses Yasda machines.
CEO Cai Junjie explained, “We decided to adopt Yasda machines after visiting their factory in 2012. We now use them for high-precision mold manufacturing.”
The seminars drew a large audience, with many attendees showing strong interest in the automation proposals and practical case studies.
