On July 5, 2018, Yasda Precision Tools held an openhouse at its headquarters plant that focused on the aviation industry.
Plant tours and seminars were held and attract 233 visitors from 103 companies and trading companies.
In the plant tour, large-scale horizontal 5 axis machining center “YBM10T 100 TT and 8 T-63 TT under assembly were presented (=photo).
Tokiho Moriya, director of sales department said, “The machining of difficult-to-cut materials used in aircraft engines, underbody components, and other aircraft engines requires high accuracy, high rigidity, and long life in the machine tool. We would like visitors to see our manufacturing technology, including the scrapping, that responds to these conditions”
A seminar was also held. There were many listeners who were eager to take notes.
