Citizen Machinery to build new headquarters for German subsidiary

Citizen Machinery (Miyota, Nagano; President: Hideo Ina) announced on September 22 that it will construct a new headquarters for its German sales subsidiary in Ostfildern, southern Germany. The total investment amounts to approximately JPY 4 billion The two-story facility will have a total floor area of 5,900 m²—double the size of the current headquarters—and is scheduled for completion in October 2026.

The new headquarters will feature a showroom displaying 20 demonstration machines, including large models under the “Miyano” brand, as well as a parts center capable of rapid delivery of maintenance parts. These enhancements will strengthen the company’s sales and service network across Europe.
