Brother Industries opened a new office in Hanoi, Vietnam, on November 1 to handle machine tool marketing and dealer service support. This is the company’s first support base in Vietnam for its industrial machinery business, which focuses on the compact machining center “SPEEDIO series”.
In Vietnam, demand is growing in industries such as motorcycles and semiconductor manufacturing equipment, driving increased demand for machine tools used to produce related parts. With the establishment of the new support office, Brother aims to expand sales of the SPEEDIO series and improve service support for customers in Vietnam.
