Amada Holdings announced on August 21, 2018 that it received the Encouragement Award at the Third HR Technology Award.
Outstanding efforts utilizing artificial intelligence in recruitment of human resources, education, and labor management are awarded.
In April 2018, the company introduced AI technology to the recruitment of new graduates.
Analyze each applicant’s resume using AI technology to take into account the goodness and potential of individual students which are difficult to perceive with the experience and knowledge of HR personnel.
