MedCenter 5AX is 1200mm wide and has a space of 2.4m2, which is about the size of a public telephone booth. It is capable of machining workpieces with diameters of 180mm and heights of 175mm.
The main shaft of 30,000 rpm was mounted as a standard.
Even a fine complex shape can be machined with high accuracy over a long period of time by mounting a thermal displacement correction system.
A proprietary automatic tool changer can store up to 40 tools.
MedCenter 5AX can be connected to a 12-sided automated pallet changer.
