SINTOKOGIO announced on May 21, 2020 that it has established a new factory in the Oharu Works in Oharu-cho, Aichi Prefecture. The new factory specializes in manufacturing medical equipment, contract machining of precision parts, inspection. The company aims to expand the business for electronic, semiconductor and medical equipment.
The demand for sensors and semiconductors will increase with the spread of the next-generation communication standard “5G” and the introduction of unmanned driving technology. In addition, aseptic and anoxic environment are required to analyze bacteria and viruses such as COVID-19. The company established a new factory to capture this demand.
