Sugino Machine launched the washing and deburring machine “JCC 303 TT” that can wash and deburr metal parts such as automobiles on August 26, 2020.
The new machine is equipped with a rotary table that puts the workpiece in the machining room, and deburring can be done on one side and drying can be done on the other side at the same time.
In addition, the cycle time is reduced by about 30% compared with the conventional machine. Also, the new model uses a unique swing-arm column robot for air blow. The nozzle attached to the tip of the robot arm moves freely to dry theworkpiece.
