Yamazen opens a showroom dedicated to collaborative robots

On January 25, 2021, Yamazen, a trading company specializing in machine tools and industrial equipment, opened a showroom for collaborative robots on the first floor of the headquarter in Osaka City. Yamazen will demonstrate collaborative robots of multiple industrial robot makers and propose specific utilization methods in order to meet the needs for labor saving and automation.

The company’s factory automation and engineering branch operates the showroom. Five collaborative robots will be exhibited in an area of 130 square meters. In the showroom, a collaborative robot of Taiwan Techman Robot will give demonstration such as screw tightening and taking plastic bottles out of the refrigerator and carrying them to the table. In addition, Yamazen will also exhibit FANUC and ABB’s collaborative robots. Yamazen will also utilize the showroom as a place for business negotiations with users and system integrators.
