[MECT2021 #1] MECT2021 starts accepting pre-registration and seminar attendance reservations

From September 1, 2021, News Digest Publishing, which publishes “SEISANZAI Japan” and the machine tool trading association, Aichi industrial Distributor`s Association, starts accepting pre-registration and seminars reservations for machine tool trade show “MECHATRONICS TECHNOLOGY JAPAN (MECT2021)”.

Pre-registration and seminar reservations are accepted through the official website (Japanese only).

MECT2021 will be held at “Port Messe Nagoya” in Minato-ku, Nagoya city from October 20th to 23^rd, 2021. MECT is held every two years in odd-numbered years. This is the second largest machine tool trade show in Japan after the Japan International Machine Tool Fair (JIMTOF), which is held in even-numbered years

The theme of the seminar is “automobile”, ” aerospace “, and “robot”. The seminar theme in October 20 is “automobiles”, and Mr. Eiji Nomura, plant general manager of Toyota Motor’s Kinuura plant, and Mr. Kazuhiko Murata, corporate vice president general manager of Nissan Motor, will give a lecture.

The theme in October 21st is ” aerospace “, and Mr. Philip Chan, seinior manager of Boeing, and Mr. Hirokazu Komaki, director of Intelligent Production Technology Research ＆ Development Center for Aerospace, will deliver a lecture.

The theme of the 22nd is “robot”, and Mr. Masahiro Ogawa, Director and managing executive officer of Yaskawa Electric, and Mr. Junji Takehara, chief technical advisor of Mitsubishi Electric, will also give a lecture. The capacity of each seminar is 250 people.
