FlexSim is adopted by a famous confectionery maker in Hokkaido

GENETEC, which sells 3D CAD / CAM software “MasterCAM”, announced on August 31, 2021 that it has introduced simulation software “FlexSim” to the food production line of ISHIYA in Hokkaido, which is famous for “Shiroi Koibito”. Shiroi Koibito is a langue de chat（French confections）with white chocolate sandwiched between cookies. FlexSim was adopted at the Kitahiroshima plant that manufactures Shiroi Koibito.

FlexSim is a 3D simulation software, which anyone can easily visualize on-site such as manufacturing factories and distribution sites, and do pre-verification for optimization. The developer is FlexSim Software Products in the United States, and GENETEC is an Official retailer in Japan. ISHIYA utilizes FlexSim as a simulation of new capital investment in warehouses, cost accounting for the inspection process of Shiroi Koibito, and on-site education.
