The tool configuration has been optimized with five cutting edges. In addition, a center through coolant hole has been introduced. Cooling of the cutting edge during grooving and chip ejection have been improved. The variable flute configuration makes it possible to suppress chatter vibrations even when machining the high cutting face. Suitable for high feed grooving of titanium alloy. Three sizes with outer diameters of 16, 20 and 25 mm can be combined.
