DIJET has expanded its Maxmaster (QM MAX GⅡ) line of high efficiency 4-corner roughing tools with the ENMU-PH tool with reinforced PH breaker inserts.

The coating material is PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition). Despite the small size of the insert, the thickness of the insert has been increased to 4 mm to improve the cross-sectional strength. In addition, the cutting edge shape has been optimized to enable stable machining under a wide range of cutting conditions. The shape of the cutting edge has been revised to enable stable machining under a wide range of cutting conditions. A total of four corners on both sides can be used as cutting edges, making it highly economical.
