Yaskawa launches MOTOMAN HC35 cobot with 35 kg payload, 2,030 mm reach

Yaskawa Electric launched the collaborative robot “MOTOMAN HC35” on May 11. The “MOTOMAN HC35” is a collaborative robot with a 35 kg payload and a maximum reach of 2,030 mm.

In palletizing applications, the HC35 handles heavier loads than the previous 20 kg model and enables stacking multiple items in a single cycle, simplifying palletizing operations. The robot is also suitable for high-torque tasks such as screw fastening.

The HC35 is equipped with a newly developed torque sensor to improve collision detection performance and response speed. Its compact arm minimizes interference with surrounding equipment, and with a 270 mm-diameter footprint it can be installed in tight spaces.
