This is a turning center with a total of 36 variations by function, including chunk size and distance between centers.
The chunk size has three patterns of 6 inches (ALX1500), 8 inches (ALX2000), and 10 inches (ALX2500).
The durability of the two spindle is increased, and the temperature rise of the spindle is suppressed by cooling unit.
The rotary tool can be mounted, and it can cope with gear machining.
The construction of the beds, including the arrangement of the ribs, was reviewed, and the rigidity is increased.
A slideway is installed on the X-axis to facilitate damping of vibrations.
It also supports automation by installing robot system “MATRIS” and gantry loader.
