Dijet developed a “vibration-proof S-head” to response market needs for aircraft, deep-drilling and die mold components.
The new model adopts a new material “DH115”, which is combinations of the new PVD coating “DH heart” and ultrafine particle cemented carbide. It enables a wide range of workpieces machining such as stainless steel and titanium alloys.
Furthermore, the use of unequal division and unequal lead enables stable processing with excellent vibration damping.
