Hitachi Industrial Equipment Systems will launch a new model of IoT-compatible industrial controller “HX Series Hybrid Model II” in April 2020. Hitachi Industrial Equipment Systems launched the HX Series Hybrid Model in 2017, which enables control and information processing of machines and equipment with a single controller. The new product greatly enhances the functions of the previous model. For example, control operations and information processing work seamlessly in real time by installing dedicated CPUs for information and control. The company also offers a product with a modularized information processing unit, and can respond to changes in the production line for production items and increase of IoT data.
