Kobe Steel unifies sales support for steel products in Southeast Asia to Thai headquarter

March 27, 2020

Kobe Steel announced on March 23, 2020 that it will close its subsidiary in Singapore called Kobe Steel Asia in May and transfer it to Kobelco South East Asia in Thailand, Kobe Steel’s Southeast Asia headquarter. By consolidating its bases, Kobelco South East Asia will make operation more efficient and strengthen sales support and technical services for steel products in Southeast Asia.
