YUASA TRADING makes a trading company specializing in tools a subsidiary

YUASA TRADING, a leading machine tool distributor, made Nakagawa Kinzoku in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo a wholly owned subsidiary on December 1, 2020. Nakagawa Kinzoku is a trading company specializing in cutting tools, which was founded in 1941. Nakagawa Kinzoku has 11 sales offices in Japan and establishes a direct sales system to major manufacturers.

Nakagawa Kinzoku also has subsidiary called Nagai Sangyo in Ichihara City, Chiba Prefecture, which sells tools for machine to customers in Chiba Prefecture and Ibaraki Prefecture. Two companies have been making deals through purchasing tools for machine with YUASA TRADING for more than 45 years. By making it a subsidiary, YUASA TRADING aims to strengthen its cutting tool sales business and expand its business domain.
