Nakamura-Tome Precision Industry, one of Japanese leading multi-tasking machine builders started a service to create NC programs of machine tool on December 15, 2020.
The company undertakes the sequence of the machining flow from process planning to NC program creation for Nakamura-Tome’s users. The company receives workpiece drawings and tooling data from customers.
Based on the information, it submits a quote and creates a complete NC program, which is already simulated well. The customer who works at the manufacturing site said “Creating a NC program requires skill and time, which is burdensome,” so the company started the service.
