The International Manufacturing Technology Show (IMTS) was held September 9-14, 2024 at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois. The event attracted more than 1,600 exhibitors and over 89,000 registered attendees. During the opening ceremony, Douglas K. Woods, president of the Association For Manufacturing Technology (AMT), which organizes IMTS, remarked, “The first time I attended IMTS was in 1978. I am confident that this year will be the most exciting edition yet. You all are the backbone that supports American society.”
