MX-850 PC4 supports automation of large-part machining

Matsuura Machinery has added the MX-850 PC4, a model equipped with a pallet changer, to its MX-850 5-axis machining center lineup. The MX-850 is known for its ease of use and high machining performance.

The PC4 variant features four pallets, each capable of mounting workpieces up to 850 mm × 385 mm in diameter, enabling automated machining of large parts.

Enhanced performance and IoT compatibility

To improve overall performance, core specifications of the machine body have been reviewed. The machine is also equipped with various sensors as standard, supporting IoT connectivity. This enables preventive maintenance and contributes to increased productivity.
