OKK shows off horizontal MC with superior rigidity and high speed

OKK will promote its high rigidity to the European market with the theme of “Built Rigid. Built Better” at EMO Hannover 2019. OKK will have the booth at Hall 27, Stand B75.

OKK will demonstrate VM53 which is best seller MC in Japan. In addition, the company will exhibit three machines at total including the 5-axis machine VC-X500, which is well-known in Europe, and the HM6300 of the horizontal machining center HM-series.

OKK highly recommends HM6300 of the horizontal machining center as a new product. The three main features are as follows: 1. It has superior rigidity and speed at the highest level. 2. It is a drastic evolutionary improvement over the existing model HM630. 3. This machine has the shortest distance from the spindle nose to the pallet center in this class machine – only 50 mm. The travel of the XYZ-axis is 1050×900×1030mm. The size of pallet is 630mm square, 800mm as optional. The maximum loadable workpiece is φ1110×H1300mm with the weight of 1500kg. The target markets are automobiles, machinery, construction machinery, and agricultural machinery.
