On October 5, 2020, MOLDINO Tool Engineering restarted Uozu Plant in Uozu City, Toyama Prefecture.
MOLDINO Tool Engineering decided to restart its production at Uozu plant because the production space was not enough only in Narita Plant in Narita City, Chiba Prefecture and the Yasu Plant in Yasu City, Shiga Prefecture.
The total floor area of Uozu Plant is about 11,000 square meters. Carbide end mills and inserts are manufactured at Uozu Plant. The company has stopped operation of Uozu Plant since 2009, when it transferred operations to Yasu Plant.
